Firstly, I offer all my prospective clients a free consultation to come and meet me at my Gainsborough photography studio to discuss your requirements and see if I am the right photographer for you both. You’ll get a little thank you gift as a thank you for attending.

This in-person visit will help you see if I feel right for you; especially if you want me there for 10 hours during your wedding day. This is a complimentary session with no obligation to book, so you can go home and decide together if I’m the wedding photographer of your dreams.

What to expect at your consultation:

I’ll show you examples of the wedding albums I offer, and you can ask me any questions. We’ll talk about the details of your wedding and get planning. You can also view a full gallery, so you can envision exactly what you are likely to receive from me and assess the quality and consistency of my work.

You want to hire me:

(I’ll do a little happy dance!) Once you have paid your £100 non-refundable deposit I’ll ask you to fill in your contract, and then we can set an appointment for the venue walk-through visit or your engagement photoshoot if you’d like. You will get a gift for booking with me, as a thank you when you get your photo album.

Payments:

Can be done via Cash, Card, Bacs, or PayPal. Payment plans can be set up from your consultation, which needs to be paid by 2 weeks before your wedding day.

Extra support:

If you want any advice on planning your wedding day, just let me know and I can help you, I have planned a few events during my time.

Booking is easy, you can do it directly online below. Firstly, you choose your day and time from my calendar which shows my availability. You will be asked to pay a £100 deposit, this secures your wedding day. Follow the instructions to fill in some details, such as the contract, and agree to my terms and conditions which can be seen here.

If you rather not book online, or are having difficulty, just pop me a message via the contact page, or on my social media, and I can book you in manually and then update my system.

Wedding fee:

You can pay for your wedding in full at booking, or payment plans are available. Please message me and I can discuss this with you. Payments can be done via Cash, Card online via my website, Bacs, PayPal, or card payment in the studio.

This is where we meet at your chosen wedding venue, and walk through while we discuss the vision of your day; where you want your photos, planning what we can do if the weather is bad, and all the fine details to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This is an optional choice, but it helps build the relationship with me, especially if you are nervous about being behind the camera, or need extra support when planning your wedding day.

It’s an ideal opportunity to experience being in front of the camera with me and build upon our relationship, so that you feel confident on your wedding day, ensuring you look amazing in your wedding photos!

I’ll send you a guide to help you be prepared for your experience and a clothing guide.

Location: You can have it in a location of your choice such as where you first met, your favorite go-to location, or at your wedding venue – the choice is yours.

You can use the photos in your stationery with the ‘save the date’ cards, your invitations, or your wedding service guide.

If you don’t want a traditional engagement shoot, that’s ok. Just let me know and we can discuss your options for your package.

All you have to do is turn up for your photoshoot! Don’t worry, I’ll give you a planning and preparation guide to help guide you through the experience.

What to expect at your photoshoot:

After our introductions, we will start our session when everyone’s comfortable, whilst having a fun and relaxing session. If you feel uncomfortable at any time or need some water just let me know.

What to expect after your photoshoot:

I’ll go through the products with you, and you can discuss what you’d like to order from your photoshoot.

I’ll carefully edit your photos which will take me around 72 hours. There will be an estimated 15 edited images for you to view in your gallery.

I’ll also upload your photos onto an online gallery, where you can view download, and shop comfortability from your device.

Around two weeks before your wedding, we will have a ‘check-in’ just to solidify our plans for your wedding day. This will be a phone call/email, depending on your individual needs.

I know you’ll be super excited and busy, but I want to solidify our plans and check in with you on the big day. I’m not a photographer that you book and just turn up on the day, you get a complete experience and journey with me.

What to expect on your wedding day:

I will turn up to your wedding day promptly at the time you select, dressed smartly, with a professional, relaxed demeanor and a smile.

I will take a documentary-style approach at your wedding, taking photos as discreetly as possible, and capturing as many natural moments as I can. When I’ve finished, I’ll let you know before I go.

What happens after your wedding:

I will sit down at my computer and go through your photos. Here I will remove any photos that have people talking, eating, sneezing, blinking, or looking uncomplimentary, and then I get straight to editing them for you. Where I crop images, adjust lighting, and turn images black and white. This editing process usually takes a week for me to do.

Preview photos:

If you request a ‘sneak peek’ this will be generally uploaded the next day, or emailed to you on your request.

Online gallery:

You can have a password-protected online gallery to view your photos and order from. When ordering prints online delivery costs £5.99 which arrives within 5 working days. Larger items like the DreamBook costs £9.99 for special delivery.

Reveal and design session

You will be invited back to the studio to see your images on the TV screen via a slideshow and then you can design your wedding album with me.

How long will your photos take to be edited:

For engagement photoshoots Images usually take 24 - 72 hours to be edited, and 14 days for weddings.

Preview photos:

if you’d like to see a photo from your engagement session/wedding online before your gallery viewing, you can opt for a ‘sneak peek’ photo to be uploaded onto my social media. This is usually done by the evening, or the next day. Your sneak peek image can be emailed to you if you want your photos to remain private.

You can either choose to come and pick up your products when they are ready, or have them posted to you.

If you choose ‘collect’ then once your order has arrived at mine, I check it over and package it up for you. I will then contact you to make an appointment with me for you to come and pick it up.

If you choose ‘postal’ if you are ordering directly from me, I will order your products, check them when they arrive, and package them up, before posting them out to you.

How long does it take:

Prints usually take 24 hours to 72 hours to arrive to me and products like canvases and photobooks take 3-4 weeks to be custom-made by the professional printing company that I use, this is not available to the public and provides high-quality products.

Online orders:

If you have chosen to make your order via your online gallery, it will cost £5.95 for delivery to your home for prints and should arrive within 5 working days. Larger items will cost £9.99 like the Dreambook album.

JUST FOR YOU….

You will receive a gift, as a thank you for booking with me. New for 2024, I have large wooden ‘wedding memories’ boxes for my couples. You will get your gift when you receive your order.

After you have collected your products/I’ve posted them, I usually wait a day or two and then email you to check that your order is okay, that you are happy, and that you can finally give me a review about my services for other potential clients.

Reviews help potential clients understand how you felt about my service and your wedding photos and are an important vital tool to helping couples choose their wedding suppliers.

If you agree, I will upload your photos onto my portfolio to show potential clients my standard of photography. I may use your photos for marketing my wedding photography business.
