Is your baby older than a newborn?

‘Older baby milestones sessions’ are ideal for families who have missed out on having their newborn baby photographed, but still want professional photos taken. These are ideally done between 2 and 5 months of age.

Babies grow incredibly quickly in their first year of life, more than any other time in their life and photographing these milestones can allow you to capture this evolving change in development and have a visual experience of your babies first year.

    Baby session only - £199

    -2 hour photoshoot in studio or within Gainsborough.

    -20 beautifully hand edited images to choose from.

    -A 12 x 8” print of your choice.

    -A 3 hour photoshoot; at my studio, on location or at your home within Gainsborough.

    -All digital images on a USB with a print release.

    -A print package consisting of: 12x8” matte print, two 8x6" prints, and a 6x4" print of your choice.

    -A 8 x 8” sized five page photobook; personalized cover and up to 40 images with 10 spreads.

    -A 3-4 hour photoshoot; at my studio, on location or at your home, within 20 miles.

    -A twenty page 12 x 8” sized DreamBook album, fully customizable.

    -A print package consisting of: Three 12 x 8” prints, five 8 x 6” prints, and ten 6 x 4” prints.

    -Free 6-9 month old sitter session.

  • A 30 minute consultation at my Gainsborough photography studio. Too busy? We can schedule a call.

  • A ‘reveal and ordering’ session back at my studio. Too busy? You can have a password protected online gallery.

  • An optional online ‘sneak peak’ image to share with your friends, and family from my social media accounts.

  • A referral and loyalty program; for future freebies as a thank you gift for returning to me.

  • Easy and quick booking, and payment methods online. Including payment plans to spread out the cost.

  • Session didn’t quite work out - free re-shoot to try again if your baby is having any difficulty settling.

  • A little gift bag as a thank you for booking with me.

  • A gallery of professionally edited images to choose from, all images hand edited by Victoria with precision to avoid background creases and ensure every image is frame worthy and flatters you and your baby.

  • Prints in each package so that you get to have photos of your baby to have proudly in your home or office, and you can give them as gifts!

  • An experienced and trained photographer, that is a registered business and insured - you are in safe and capable hands.

How to book

  • Choose if you want to have a consultation. If you do want one, you can book one of these first. This is where you come to the studio to meet me in person to discuss having a photoshoot with me. Simply click the button below - click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Consultation’ then choose your time and date from my availability on my calendar and follow the instructions. I will then email you back with details, this is usually around 24 hours. So please check your spam mailbox.

    PLANNING: This is where we will exchange a few emails, just planning our session together and we can both be prepared. If you choose a consultation, this will be done during that time and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

  • You can easily book online by clicking the button below. If you know what package you want, find this in the dropdown menu. Then you can choose to pay a deposit or the full amount. If you don’t know what package you’d like just click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Portrait photoshoot deposit’ where you can pay a £20 deposit to secure your slot.

    If your having difficulty booking online, please message me on my social media, or text me and I can get back to you, or book in you in manually.

    Your photoshoot is not confirmed until you have paid your DEPOSIT. You can pay this in cash at the studio, card online via the website online booking, card in the studio, bacs bank payment, or online via Paypal. Payment plans are available, please message me to set one up.

    PLANNING: This is where we will exchange a few emails, just planning our session together and we can both be prepared. If you choose a consultation, this will be done during that time and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

  • Photoshoot day: you turn up and we have a lovely session and after we will book a ‘reveal and ordering session’ for you to come back and view your photos. Pictures take 24 -72 hours to edit.

    Sneak Peak: If you choose to have a ‘sneak peak’ I will upload this on my Facebook and my social media and I may use it on my website.

  • This is where you come back to the studio and I show you your images on a slide show and then we go through your package, or the products I have to offer and you make your choice of what you’d like to order.

    Online gallery: You can also have a ‘online password protected gallery’ to view your photos from and make your order online.

  • Prints take 24 -72 hours to arrive, whilst canvases and photo albums take 3-4 weeks. They will arrive at mine, I will check them over and package them for you and contact you for collection, or post them if that’s the option you have chosen at your reveal and order.

    If you are choosing to order from your online gallery it will cost you £5.95 to have your prints delivered to your door within 5 working days.

    Follow up: After you have received your order, I will check up in you a couple of days later and make sure everything is ok for you.

    Future discounts: You will have a loyalty card and 3 referral cards in your package is you collect them from me. You can have your sixth photoshoot FREE, so make sure you bring your loyalty card with you if you come to my studio again. If you give out the three loyalty cards and all three persons book and have a photoshoot, they will get an additional 12x8” print for free from you and you will get £50 of a future order or booking.

Questions you may be wondering

    Can you come to our house to do a photoshoot?

    Absolutely I can! Travel costs apply outside of a 30 mile radius of Gainsborough.

    Home shoots are perfect for capturing your baby’s nursery and having natural and relaxed photos representing your life and your story. Photos will be done in your lounge, your baby’s nursery, your bedroom (on your bed) these can include you and siblings and will last for three hours.

    Our baby has additional needs, can you still facilitate?

    I have experience working with children with additional needs, including oxygen tanks, autism and other conditions, please let me know if your child has special requirements and how I can help you.

    Can we have photos with our beloved pet?

    Yes, you can have pet included in your family portrait photoshoot if they are an important member of your family, I know my dog is!

    Dogs must be well behaved.
