Natural baby pictures in Lincolnshire

The natural baby sessions are perfect for people wanting natural photographs of their baby and do not want to rush in for a photoshoot within the 1st month of their baby being born.

Natural baby photoshoots are ideally done within the first 2-3 months of your babies life.

You can bring your own outfits, however especially bring a white baby grow/vest for some timeless images.

Sessions can include parents and siblings, your baby is not posed and I focus on their tiny toes, fingers and details and usually take around 2 hours.

How much does it cost?

    Newborn session only - £199

    • A 2 hour photoshoot in studio or within Gainsborough.

    • 20 beautifully hand edited images to choose from.

    • A 12 x 8” print of your choice.

    • Optional 30 minute mini maternity photoshoot for mums only.

    Memory collection - £249

    • A 2-3 hour photoshoot; at my studio, on location or at your home within Gainsborough.

    • All digital images with a print release, on a USB.

    • A print collection of: 12x8” matte print, two 8x6" prints, and a 6x4" print of your choice.

    • A 8 x 8” sized five page photobook, with up to 40 images on 10 spreads. Customisable cover and page layout design.

    • Optional 30 minute mini maternity photoshoot for mums only.

    Heirloom collection- £399

    • A 3-4 hour photoshoot; at my studio, on location or at your home, within 20 miles.

    • A 16 GB USB with all digital images with a print release. This is housed with your DreamBook.

    • A twenty page 12 x 8” sized DreamBook album, fully customizable.

    • A print collection consisting of: Three 12 x 8” prints, five 8 x 6” prints, and ten 6 x 4” prints.

    • Optional 30 minute mini maternity photoshoot for mums only.

    • FREE sitter session at 6-9 months old.

  • A 20-30 minute consultation at my Gainsborough photography studio.

    Too busy? We can schedule a call.

  • A ‘reveal and ordering’ session back at my studio (20-30 mins)

    Too busy? You can have a password protected online gallery.

  • An optional online ‘sneak peak’ image to share with your friends and family from my social media accounts.

  • A referral and loyalty program; for future freebies as a thank you gift for returning to me.

  • Easy and quick booking, and payment methods online.

    Including payment plans to spread out the cost.

  • Session didn’t quite work out - free re-shoot to try again if your baby is having any difficulty settling.

  • 20 beautifully hand edited images to choose from, carefully crafted to enhance your baby and yourselves, without fake plastic skin and filters.

  • A small gift bag as a thank you for booking with me.

  • Prints in each package so that you get to have photos of your baby to have proudly in your home or office, and you can give them as gifts!

  • An experienced and trained photographer, that is a registered business and fully insured - you are in safe and capable hands.

How to book and what to expect

  • Step 1: Choose if you want to have a consultation. If you do want one, you can book one of these first. This is where you come to the studio to meet me in person to discuss having a photoshoot with me.

    Simply click the button below - click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Consultation’ then choose your time and date from my availability on my calendar and follow the instructions. I will then email you back with details, this is usually around 24 hours. So please check your spam mailbox.

    Planning: This is where we will planning our session together, and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

    Deposit payment: this can be done online via my online booking, in cash in the studio, on card in the studio, or online via paypal, or bacs banking app.

  • Step 2: Booking online - You can easily book online by clicking the button below. If you know what package you want, find this in the dropdown menu. Then you can choose to pay a deposit or the full amount. If you don’t know what package you’d like just click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Portrait photoshoot deposit’ where you can pay a £20 deposit to secure your slot.

    If your having difficulty booking online, please message me on my social media, or text me and I can get back to you, or book in you in manually. Your photoshoot is not confirmed until you have paid your

    DEPOSIT: You can pay this in cash at the studio, card online via the website online booking, card in the studio, bacs bank payment, or online via Paypal. Payment plans are available, please message me to set one up.

    Planning: This is where we will exchange a few emails, just planning our session together and we can both be prepared. If you choose a consultation, this will be done during that time and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

  • Step 4: Your photoshoot; you turn up and we have a lovely session and after we will book a ‘reveal and ordering session’ for you to come back and view your photos.

    If you have not had a consultation, I will then show you the products that I have to offer and you can have a think about what you’d like.

    Pictures take 24 -72 hours to edit.

    Sneak peek: If you choose to have a ‘sneak peak’ I will upload this on my Facebook and my social media and I may use it on my website. This is usually done within the evening.

  • Step 5: Reveal and ordering session; this is where you come back to the studio and I show you your images on a slide show and then we go through your package, or the products I have to offer and you make your choice of what you’d like to order.

    Online ordering: You can have a private password protected online gallery to view your photos and make an order from. Prints will take 5 days to be posted to your door and cost £5.95.

  • Step 6: Your order: Prints take 24 -72 hours to arrive, whilst canvases and photo albums take 3-4 weeks.

    They will arrive at mine, I will check them over and package them for you and contact you for collection, or post them if that’s the option you have chosen at your reveal and order.

    Ordering online: If you have chosen to order online via the password protected gallery, prints will take 5 working days to be delivered to you and will cost £5.95 for prints and £9.99 for larger items to be delivered to you. You will also not get the future discounts cards.

    Future discounts: You will receive a ‘loyalty card’ in your pack, this will allow you to have your 6th shoot for free if you choose to have me as your family photographer. Also, you will receive 3 ‘referral cards’ give these out to 3 people who want to book a photoshoot with me and they get a free 12x8” print and when all 3 have booked and paid for their shoots, you will get £50 discount for a future order or session - a win win for everyone, as a thank you for supporting my small business.

    Follow up: I will follow up with you a couple of days after you have received your order, to make sure that you are happy and hope to see you in the future!

    Can we have photos with our beloved pet?

    Yes, you can have pet included in your family portrait photoshoot if they are an important member of your family, I know my dog is!

    Dogs must be well behaved.

    Images will be done as composites to ensure your babies safety. (Composites are done as 2 images stitched together as one.)

    Our baby has additional needs, can you still facilitate?

    I have experience working with children with additional needs, including oxygen tanks, autism and other conditions, please let me know if your child has special requirements and how I can help you.

    I pride myself on being accessible to all as much as possible.

    What shall we bring?

    You can bring a variety of your favorite outfits with you.

    Bring a couple of bottles of milk if your not breastfeeding.

    You can bring any small item that is special to you, so a handmade blanket, photo of a loved one and such like.

    Bring your babies dummy if you have one and anything that is personalized that you want to include in your photos.

    Can you come to our home for a photoshoot?

    Yes, a mobile service is available and I will come to you if you are struggling with recovery from a traumatic birth, a C-section or your baby was in NICU.

    Home shoots are perfect for capturing your baby’s nursery and having natural and relaxed photos representing your life and your story.

    Travel costs apply for areas outside of a 40 mile radius of Gainsborough at 35p per mile.
