Watch me grow photography allows you really to capture your baby as they grow and develop, your family legacy and show your child how important that they are!

What is a ‘watch me grow’ package?

Are you wanting to capture every single special moment of your babies first year of life?

This package is ideal for you! It is designed around your babies 1st year and contains 4 photoshoots during the year:

Photoshoot 1: Newborn (Either posed or natural)

Photoshoot 2: Milestone session aged 3-4 months.

Photoshoot 3: Sitter session aged 7-9 months.

Photoshoot 4: 1st birthday celebration photoshoot.

If you are still pregnant, you can also opt for a maternity photoshoot whilst you are in the 3rd trimester to start of your journey into parenthood.

Parent and sibling images are all welcome.

How much will it cost?

Firstly, I invite you for a 30 minute consultation at my Gainsborough photography studio, to discuss your plan with you.

After every photoshoot you will receive:

  • A ‘reveal and ordering’ session back at my studio. Too busy? You can have a password protected online gallery.

  • An optional online ‘sneak peak’ image to share with your friends, and family from my social media accounts.

  • Session didn’t quite work out - free re-shoot to try again if your baby is having any difficulty settling.

  • 20 beautifully hand edited images to choose from, carefully crafted to enhance your baby and yourselves, without fake plastic skin and filters.

  • One 12 x 8” print after each photoshoot, so that you have a photo of your baby to have proudly in your home as they grow.

  • An experienced and trained photographer, that is a registered business that’s insured - you are in safe and capable hands.

  • An initial gift bag on booking at your consultation.

  • And finally once our watch me grow package ends, you will receive a loyalty card and referral programme for future discounts, should you wish to return to me.

How to book and what to expect

  • Step 1: Choose if you want to have a consultation. If you do want one, you can book one of these first. This is where you come to the studio to meet me in person to discuss having a photoshoot with me.

    Simply click the button below - click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Consultation’ then choose your time and date from my availability on my calendar and follow the instructions. I will then email you back with details, this is usually around 24 hours. So please check your spam mailbox.

  • Step 2: Booking online - You can easily book online by clicking the button below. If you know what package you want, find this in the dropdown menu. Then you can choose to pay a deposit or the full amount. If you don’t know what package you’d like just click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Portrait photoshoot deposit’ where you can pay a £20 deposit to secure your slot.

    If your having difficulty booking online, please message me on my social media, or text me and I can get back to you, or book in you in manually. Your photoshoot is not confirmed until you have paid your DEPOSIT.

    Deposit payment: You can pay this in cash at the studio, card online via the website online booking, card in the studio, bacs bank payment, or online via Paypal. Payment plans are available, please message me to set one up.

    Step 3: Planning: This is where we will exchange a few emails, just planning our session together and we can both be prepared. If you choose a consultation, this will be done during that time and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

  • Step 4: Your photoshoot; you turn up and we have a lovely session and after we will book a ‘reveal and ordering session’ for you to come back and view your photos. if you haven’t had a consultation i will show you the products I have and then you can have a little think of what you’d like from your photoshoot experience.

    Pictures take 24 -72 hours to edit.

    Sneak peek: If you choose to have a ‘sneak peak’ I will upload this on my Facebook and my social media and I may use it on my website.

  • Step 5: Reveal and ordering session; this is where you come back to the studio and I show you your images on a slide show and then we go through your package, or the products I have to offer and you make your choice of whet you’d like to order.

    Online ordering: You can have an online password protected gallery to view your photos and make your order from. When ordering prints, they take 5 working days to get to you and costs £5.95 for delivery. You won’t have the future discount cards when ordering online.

  • Step 6: Your order: Prints take 24 -72 hours to arrive, whilst canvases and photo albums take 3-4 weeks.

    They will arrive at mine, I will check them over and package them for you and contact you for collection, or post them if that’s the option you have chosen at your reveal and order.

    Follow up: I will message you a couple of days latter to follow up and check that everything is ok for your order and I hope to see you in the future!

    Future discounts: within your order you will have a ‘loyalty card’ here you can have your sith shoot free if you choose to have me as your family photogra[her (Not including all the sessions from the watch me grow package) and you will also receive three ‘referral cards’ where you can give these out to friends and family who want to book a shoot with me, when will receive a free 12x8” print from you and when all three have booked and paid for their shoots, you will have £50 off a future booking or order. Please note, this is not available on online orders. This is my way of saying thank you for supporting my small business.
