Firstly, I offer you a free consultation to come and meet me at my Gainsborough photography studio to discuss your requirements and see if I am the right photographer for you both.

I can show you examples of the products I offer in my wedding packages, and you can ask me any questions you may have. This in-person visit will help you see if I feel right for you; especially if you want me there for 12 hours of your wedding day. This is a complimentary session with no obligation to book, so you can go home and decide together if I’m the wedding photographer of your dreams.

You want to hire me: I am delighted! Once you have paid your £100 non-refundable deposit I’ll ask you to fill in your contract, and then we can set an appointment for the venue walk-through visit.

This can either be in person, or online.

If you book the half or full-day wedding package you get a free engagement photoshoot. You can add this to the mini package for £99.

You can have it in a location of your choice; where you met, your favourite location, at your wedding venue, or in my studio – the choice is yours.

You can use the photos in your stationery with the ‘save the date’ cards, your invitations, or your wedding service guide. It’s an ideal opportunity to experience being in front of the camera with me and build upon our relationship, so that you feel confident on your wedding day, ensuring you look amazing in your wedding photos!

Venue walk-through: This is where we meet at your chosen wedding venue, and walk through the area discussing the vision of your day; where you want your photos, planning what we can do if the weather is bad on the day, and all the fine details to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This is optional, it helps build up the relationship with me, especially if you are nervous about being behind the camera and need extra support when planning your wedding day.

The wedding: A week before your wedding we will just run through everything beforehand, either in person, by phone, or by email; however you’d like to communicate.

On your wedding day, I will arrive on time, dress smartly, and capture your day for you so that you can have memories for life.

The next day I will upload a ‘sneak peek’ photo on my social media for you if you want one. , or this can be done via email if you’d like to keep it private.

Photos usually take me 5 days to edit, but can be up to 2 weeks in busy periods.

The Reveal and Ordering Session: It will take me a week for me to go through your images and professionally edit them. If you go on honeymoon, they will be ready for you to view when you return! (It can take up to 2 weeks in busy periods)

I will invite you back to the studio to view all your photos via a slideshow, and then we can design your wedding album.

You can also have a password-protected online gallery, to share your images with your friends and family, where the images will be enabled for download and the shop, so if anyone from your wedding would like to order prints or a canvas they can do it directly from the website, stress-free for everyone.

Distant Weddings online gallery: if you have a wedding outside of the Gainsborough area, you can have a password-protected online gallery to view your photos, download the images, and place your order online with me. This will be done online via email/call.

You can either choose to come and pick up your products when they are ready, or have them posted to you.

If you choose ‘collect’ then once your order has arrived at mine, I check it over and package it up for you. I will then contact you to make an appointment with me for you to come and pick it up.

If you choose ‘postal’ this costs an additional £2.90 for prints £6.99 for small items, and £9.99 for larger items. This will be discussed at your reveal and ordering session and will need to be paid for then.

Prints usually take 24 hours to 72 hours to arrive to me and products like canvases and photobooks take 3-4 weeks to be bespoke made by the professional printing company that I use, this is not available to the public and provides high-quality products.

Online orders: If you have chosen to make your order via your online gallery, it will cost £5.95 for delivery to your home for prints, and should arrive within 5 working days. Larger items will cost £9.99 like the Dreambook album. You won’t receive future discount cards when ordering online. But if you’d like them, you can pop around to pick them up.

After you have collected your products/I have posted them, I usually wait a day or two and then email you to check that your order is okay, that you are happy, and if you could finally give me a review about my services for other potential clients.

Future discounts: In your package, you will find a loyalty card and 3 referral cards. You give these to 3 friends/family members who want to book with me - they get an extra 12x8” print when they book and when all 3 have booked you will receive £50 off a future order! Everyone gets something, I’ve got new clients, you have money off and your friends have a nice size print - a win-win for all! When you have booked and had 5 photoshoots, you get the 6th FREE!
