North Wales - Family holiday
We went to North Wales in May 2022 and stayed in an Airbnb. I didn’t take my camera on this trip.
Places visited:
Nantcol Waterfalls. It was so beautiful, a really nice little hike, loads of friendly people, a little waterfall, and stunning scenery.
GreenWood Family Park is so much fun! All eco-friendly too, and able to take the dog.
May 2025 trip:
Places visited: Portmeirion. This place is privately run, doesn’t accept dogs, and is quite costly, but a beautiful location!
Pilla Pallas nature world in Anglesey (This place is ideal for smaller children).
We also visited the longest-named village in the world.
June 2026 - South Wales
My homeland <3 I didn’t take my camera for this trip, so I just took phone photos.
Paxton tower(I lived in the house next door, Bigwrn during 1990-1993!)
Holy Trinity Church, Pontargothi(I got baptised here in 1997, very pretty inside, and access to view the river Towy out back)
Kidwelly Castle, Kidwelly (Cadw location; Welsh version of the National Trust. This castle is in fairly good condition)
Tenby(Very pretty seaside town, we had a Japanese meal atUmi)
Colby Woodland garden (National Trust location - very pretty wildflower garden walk)
I hope that if you’re looking for some travel inspiration, you have found some! <3
